Harry Kane has once again demonstrated his clinical finishing for Bayern Munich, claiming the Bundesliga Golden Boot for the 2024/25 season.
The English striker secured the Torjägerkanone award for the second consecutive year, finishing the campaign with 26 goals in 31 league appearances.
His final goal of the season came during Bayern's 4–0 victory over Hoffenheim on Saturday, May 17, 2025, where he found the net as a substitute.
Kane’s consistent form was instrumental in helping Bayern reclaim the Bundesliga title from Bayer Leverkusen. The Bavarian club secured their 33rd league title with two matches to spare.
With this achievement, Kane becomes only the seventh player in Bundesliga history to win the Torjägerkanone in back-to-back seasons. He scored 26 goals this season, following an outstanding debut campaign where he netted 36 times.
Averaging a goal every 92 minutes in the league, Kane’s efficiency in front of goal remains exceptional.
His closest competitors this season were Patrik Schick (Bayer Leverkusen) and Serhou Guirassy (Borussia Dortmund), both finishing with 21 goals. They were followed by Jonathan Burkardt (Mainz, 18 goals) and Tim Kleindienst (Borussia Mönchengladbach, 16 goals).
Kane missed only three league matches throughout the season and recorded two or more goals in six different games.
His stellar performances played a vital role in Bayern's return to domestic dominance after Leverkusen's triumph last season.
Kane also showcased his scoring prowess on the European stage, netting 11 goals during Bayern’s run to the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals and adding another in the DFB-Pokal.
In total, Kane has scored 82 goals in 92 competitive matches for Bayern, with an astonishing 62 goals in just 63 Bundesliga appearances.
Undoubtedly a cornerstone of Bayern’s success over the past two seasons, the 31-year-old forward remains under contract until June 30, 2027.
Kane is expected to continue adding to his goal tally as Bayern prepare for their debut appearance in the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States this June. The 2025/26 campaign will mark his third season in German football.
